Town of Pierce Special Meeting
July 13, 2026
5:30 P.M.
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pierce, County of Weld, State of Colorado, met in special session in the Pierce Town Hall, 144 Main, Pierce, Colorado, at the hour of 5:30 P.M., July 13th, 2026.
Mayor Larry VanWhy called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Based on the roll call, the following Trustees comprising a quorum attended:

1. Review for Town Clerk Kristina Duran. Possible Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(f) for the Purpose of Discussing Personnel Matters:
Motion made by Trustee Broughton to go into executive session pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(f) for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Second by Zimmerman. Roll Call. All "AYES", motion passed.
Motion made by Trustee Broughton to give Town Clerk Duran a 2% raise. Second by Lester. Roll Call. All "AYES", motion passed. DERG,
