Notice is hereby given that the budget for 2025 has been adopted by the Town of Pierce, Colorado Board of Trustees on December 9, 2024.  The adopted budget is on file in the office of the Town Clerk for public inspection.

A brief summary of the proposed budget is attached as Exhibit A.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with C.R.S. 31-16-203 of a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the Town of Pierce, Colorado at 7:00 p.m., on the 28th day of January , 2025 at the Pierce Town Hall located at 144 Main Ave, Pierce, Colorado, for the purpose of considering a special use application for a conex container, located at 211 Main Ave, Pierce CO, 80650. The proposed application would allow for a conex container to be located at the property and used for storage. Public Hearing before the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pierce, Colorado at 6:30 p.m. on the 10th day of February, 2025 at the Pierce Town Hall located at 144 Main Ave, Pierce, Colorado for the same as described above.
